Conditions of Sale

This Grotto is held at Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre,
50 The Management Suite, George St, Oldham, OL1 1HD.

If you are no longer able to attend ‘Santa's Grotto at Spindles Shopping Centre', your ticket or tickets
will not be refunded. Non-attendance will be treated as a donation to the Hospice, or you may transfer
your ticket to another person, provided they supply the necessary contact details.

If cancellation occurs due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control
(for example, national emergency, natural disaster, fire, severe weather, other force majeure events),
we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
