Santa's Grotto - Booking Terms & Conditions

To ensure a magical and smooth experience for all our guests, please carefully read the following terms and conditions before booking your visit to Santa's Grotto.

One Booking Per Child

Each booking is valid for one child only.

If you are bringing multiple children, you must make a separate booking for each child. Children without an individual booking will not be admitted to the grotto experience.

Accompanying Adults

A maximum of 4 adults are permitted per child booking.

This limit is in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all families. Additional adults beyond this limit will not be allowed into the grotto area.

Pushchairs & Accessibility

Accommodations are available for pushchairs.

Please note that space may be limited, and we kindly ask that you follow staff directions regarding where pushchairs may be stored or brought within the grotto area.

Arrival Time

We strongly advise all guests to arrive promptly, ideally at least 5 minutes before your booked time slot. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or, in some cases, missed entry due to scheduling constraints.
